Responsible Gambling
Our Commitment
At oneXtwo, we are committed to promoting responsible gambling among our customers. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial or personal problems. We have implemented various measures to help our customers gamble responsibly and to provide support to those who may be experiencing gambling-related issues.
Self-Assessment
If you're concerned about your gambling habits, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do you gamble to escape from problems or to relieve feelings of helplessness, guilt, anxiety, or depression?
- Have you lost interest in other activities or hobbies since you started gambling?
- Have you lied to family members or friends about your gambling?
- Have you tried to win back money you have lost (chasing losses)?
- Have you gambled until your last dollar was gone?
- Have you borrowed money, sold possessions, or not paid bills in order to fund your gambling?
- Have you felt remorseful or guilty after gambling?
If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, we recommend that you seek advice from one of the support organizations listed below.
Tools for Responsible Gambling
We offer several tools to help you maintain control over your gambling:
Deposit Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage how much you spend on our platform.
Time-Outs
If you need a break from gambling, you can set a time-out period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, during which you will not be able to access your account.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need a longer break, you can self-exclude from our platform for a minimum period of 6 months. During this time, you will not be able to access your account or create a new one, and we will remove you from our marketing communications.
Account History
You can view your complete betting history, including deposits, withdrawals, and bets placed, to help you keep track of your gambling activity.

Protection of Minors
Gambling is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18 (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling very seriously and have implemented various measures, including:
- Age verification procedures during registration
- Regular identity checks
- Cooperation with regulatory authorities
If we discover that a customer has been gambling while underage, we will close the account and return any deposits made.
